How do I upload documents to respond to comments?

Only an applicant can respond to comments so non-applicants must go through the applicant to add comments. Also, the system does not allow applicants to respond to comments until all reviews from all divisions have been submitted. If you can see that all reviews have taken place and you still cannot upload or respond, please contact a permit technician for assistance by calling 707-565-1900 or emailing permitsonoma-customerservice@sonoma-county.org and include the permit number, address, and attachments.
