I applied online for a permit, but was not directed to make a payment. What else do I have to do?

Unless you applied for an Auto Issue permit (e.g., re-roofs or water heater), a permit technician will process and review your application for completeness.

If your permit is routed for Plan Check, you will be invoiced for plan check review and once paid, review will begin. Once your permit is approved for issuance, a permit tech will email an invoice. Either way, the email is sent to the contact listed on your application.
