Building and Grading applications are reviewed by the Well and Septic Department on a rotating basis and are not assigned to a specific staff member. Because of this process, additional comments may be made after resubmission depending on which team member conducts the review.
If you’re not ready to submit revisions, you’ll need to wait until all departments have completed their review. At that point, your building plan checker can help you reopen the application for resubmission.
