Can I upload files more than once? Are there any file size limits or file naming rules to follow?
Digital Plan Room (DPR) is software that facilitates the plan review process and integrates with Accela (our permit management system) and Permits Online (our online portal for permit applications).
You can upload plans while the review cycle is active. Once the project has been approved by the Permit Tech, the cycle will close — you’ll need to request that it be reopened if you need to upload additional plans.
Files must be under 300 MB each. File names must be under 100 characters and should not include special characters.
