How does an applicant check on the status of a submitted building permit?

Permit records, including building permit applications and active building permits that have been issued, can be viewed at any time by visiting the E-Z Permit Hub.

You will need to log in to your account and navigate directly to the permit in question. This can be done by the search function (outlined in yellow below), and entering the record number (i.e. BLD-25-1234, or COM-25-1234), or by selecting "My Account" (outlined in red below) and checking your "Applications" or "Projects" in your account Dashboard.
