For any patient or caregiver with a recommendation for medical cannabis, up to 100 square feet of cannabis canopy may be grown per residential unit. There is no limit to the number of plants for medical personal use, as long as the canopy does not exceed 100 square feet.
For an adult without a medical recommendation, up to 6 plants may be grown per residential unit for personal use.
