No. Any adult over the age of 21 years old and/or any patient or caregiver with a recommendation for medical cannabis is allowed to cultivate cannabis. However, there are restrictions on both the amount of cannabis you can cultivate and where you can cultivate. Cannabis grown for personal use cannot be sold.
