Outdoor cannabis cultivation Zoning Permits - Up to and Including 10,000 square feet on eligible parcels in an Agricultural Zoning District are issued by the Department of Agriculture/Weights and Measures (AWM). Application forms are available on the Agriculture, Weights & Measures Cannabis Permits and Inspections webpage.
Indoor and Mixed Light cultivation permits and Outdoor cultivation permits that do not qualify for an AWM Zoning Permit are issued by Permit Sonoma. Application forms are available on the Cannabis Program Zoning and Use Permits webpage.
