In general, residential accessory structures are detached structures accessory to single-family dwellings that contribute to the use and enjoyment of residential properties.
Accessory structures are limited to not greater than 3,000 square feet in floor area, and not over two stories in height and must be located on the same lot as and be incidental to the dwelling(s).
