New construction ADUs with two stories, one of which is not for the ADU (meaning has a separate exterior entrance from the other story, with no interior connection to the other story, and is not intended to be used by the tenant of the ADU, used in conjunction with the ADU, or be an ADU). What is the applicable height limit for the structure?
When the structure features an ADU, the maximum height applicable to the entire structure shall be limited by the allowed height for the ADU, which is measured from the finished grade to top of the highest point of the roof.
