Yes, subject to compliance with Zoning regulations for driveways. Single-family residences in RL-1, RL-2, and RH Zoning Districts must comply with RMC Section 15.04.201.040 (F-G):
Only one driveway and curb cut is allowed per single-family residential lot.
Curb cuts are only permitted to provide access to approved garages, carports, and parking spaces; All driveways must have a minimum one-foot wide planted area along a side or rear lot line.
The maximum width is 20 feet and the maximum length is 20 feet (unless there is approved alley access to a permitted garage or carport).
The maximum amount of paving (impervious surface) in street-facing yards is 50% of the required yard.
