How can I renew my food truck permit?

An Administrative Use Permit (AUP) is required to operate a food truck within a mixed-use, commercial, or industrial zoning district. If approved, the initial AUP is considered temporary and is granted only for a maximum of two years. However, AUPs may be renewed. The AUP renewal process is similar to the AUP process. Specifically, the applicant must submit all application materials to the Planning Division noted within the "Use Permit - Conditional, Administrative &Temporary" Application Checklist and pay the application fee. The AUP renewal must be approved by the Zoning Administrator.
