How do I pay my water bill?

There are three ways to pay your water bill:

• Pay online using the El Segundo Utilities Service Portal

• Pay by check using U.S. Mail. Send your payment to:

  • City of El Segundo Water Payments 
    PO Box 101426 
    Pasadena, CA 91189-1426

• Pay in person at City Hall. See the Cashier at the Business License/Public Works Counter or use the drop-box located at the main entrance.
