Payment for plan check and permit fees can be made with a credit card, check, or by e-check directly in the EZ Permit Hub, or in person in City Hall. If paying with card, you are subject to a processing fee. Checks must be made payable to City of El Segundo. For e-check, you will also need to register your account with a third party system to process.
