The City of El Segundo has launched the “El Segundo Connect” app to report violations. By creating an account with the app, users can submit service requests directly to City staff for quick action, can track their requests and receive updates as issues are resolved. Users can also see what requests have been submitted by others, providing a comprehensive view of the activities in El Segundo.
El Segundo Connect is also available for download in the Apple App Store and Google Play Store – users must be in the general vicinity of El Segundo to download the app or it may not appear as an option.
