How do I get my water service restored?

If your service is shut off due to nonpayment, payment must be made either online or in person at City Hall:

  • An additional $54.00 re-connection fee will be applied if service is to be resumed

  • If you choose to make an online payment, your service will only be reconnected once the City can verify the payment was received. This must be done during City business hours. 

  • Payments received after City business hours for a water service shut off for nonpayment will remain off until the next business day. On the next business day finance staff will verify payment was received and water staff will reconnect the service.
