Completed application
Site plan and floor plan
Elevations
Title 24 energy forms
Architectural plans
Structural and grading plans (if applicable)
Existing and proposed utility connections
Topographical/boundary survey (required only if grading or precise setbacks are in question. If not included at intake, most departments allow submission upon plan check corrections)
