What is the zoning of my property?

Zoning of a property can be found by utilizing the interactive zoning map. The interactive zoning map allows you to search for a property's zoning designation by entering the address of the property. Refer to the steps below to assist you in navigating the interactive zoning map.

Once you find the zoning of a property, go to the Zoning Code to find development standards and regulations.

Step 1:

Enter the address of the property and click search. The interactive map will move and locate said address.

Step 2:

Click on said address the map has located.

Step 3:

A table with information like the one below will appear. Navigate said table by clicking on the arrows located at the bottom left of the table.

Step 4:

You will locate the zoning of the property on said table. The information you are seeking is labeled "Zone_Code."

Ensure to navigate through the table by utilizing the arrows and scroll down bar to locate additional information such as Assessor Parcel Number(s) and Legal Description.
